20 minutes a day to losing 15 pounds!

Can you possibly lose fifteen pounds by changing only twenty minutes of your daily routine? Surprisingly, yes, you can! I have facts that will help you lose fifteen pounds twenty minutes a day. By eating well and exercising, you will see excellent results.
To lose one pound of fat, you should burn 3,500 calories. For example if you weigh 200 pounds and eat 3,000 calories a day, reducing your intake to 2,700 a day will lower 300 your intake by calories per day, or 2,100 calories per week.

At the end of one year, thirty pounds will be shed from your weight; this can be done by simply cutting out a snicker bar daily.
Exercise for twenty minutes daily to lose two hundred calories, and you will lose fifteen pounds in 2 months.
To burn one hundred calories, you will have to do fifteen minutes of lawn mowing.
Here are other five exercises that you can do for fun without going to a gym:

  • Put a small cinder block onto your back and try to collect some leaves from the ground. You can burn 300 calories this way, and you will clean the uphill path. This will improve your mental status, too, for you’ll have breathed some refreshing air.
  • Have more sex, and introduce fun games while doing it, such as flute playing, or chasing your partner around the place. Fun and hot activities can improve your health sexually and your fitness; you can burn 300 exercise this way.
  • Hunting with a paint ball gun is a very interesting exercise that will burn about 200 calories. Find an interesting game that can make your workout more fun and less tedious.
  • Do you know water polo? Try it while swimming in a pool; you can burn 300 calories.
  • Stacking wood while dancing will burn about 350 calories.
